Great for an older child

I needed a stroller that was easy to maneuver while carrying a 65lb child. There aren't many options on the market and most are extremely expensive. I'm very pleased with our Joovy. I love that it can hold up to a 75lb child and is affordable. It's very easy to maneuver and extremely light weight. Our only con is that it's not quite tall enough for our 46inch tall child. It's not much of an issue while the canopy is closed but when in use their head bulges in the canopy. Also if needing to recline again it's not quite big enough to not have their head bulging through the back net. Overall though I would recommend this stroller since it can take you from infancy to toddler. It's the only stroller you'll need for a single child. Just wish I had purchased it sooner!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear the stroller has been a great fit for your needs. It’s wonderful to hear that you’d recommend it and found it versatile from infancy to toddlerhood. Wishing you many more smooth adventures ahead!

I have bought a zoom 360 ultralight for my 16 month old daughter as my neighbor has one an has had great luck with it. Unfortunately i havent had the best luck with it. A part of the side broke an yes they send me a brand new stroller but i only wanted the part to fix it. Now as its the same stroller the tire on the left side is deflating randomly and we cant figure out why. Looks like i have to set up the brand new one but if that gives me any troubles i will never buy another stroller from here again.

We’re sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your stroller. Please reach out to our team at customerservice@joovy.com and they'll be happy to assist you in resolving this issue.

Poor customer service for defective product

Never has a stroller break on me. The screw to the canopy fell apart and I've sent it to be replaced and initially got an email that they ordered it and will send to me. Almost a year later they said they still don't have the part and I have to pay a fee so they can send me a new stroller. They kept giving me excuses that they lost my initial email they wouldn't give me status of the ordered part and now they want me to pay them to send me a bulky stroller when I only am asking for a part. The wheels were also defective having to pump air and replace inner tube. It also takes up too much space in the trunk. It folds easy but still bulky. I do not recommend anyone buying this product. Defective and THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Great Lightweight jogger

We received this stroller at the perfect time because we have been taking nearly daily walks and having our Joovy has been awesome for both our girls! Some of the things we like compared to other joggers out there is it has a lower profile for storage a longer seat plus a higher weight limit and its agility/smooth ride. The lower profile is really nice when taking it out on the road we have a canopy box for our Forester and it fits perfectly in the top and easily stores in our trunk with a lot of room to spare. Also the low profile and light-weight frame make storage easier without having the front wheel obstructing any space we put it in. The longer seat and higher weight capacity allows us to use the same stroller for our 7yr old and our almost 2yr old with little adjusting making it easier to accommodate tired little ones. The smoothness of the ride is great and the balance of the tires gives a good bouncy nature to it while still allowing a tight turn radius despite which kid is in the seat. The only issue I had was the foot break is really stiff and is hard to unlock it. Overall it's a great jogging stroller and we would highly recommend it to any of our friends in need of a good affordable high-quality jogger.

Thank you for your feedback so glad you're enjoying the Zoom. The break is stiff at first and then becomes much smoother as you use it. If you have any issues at all feel free to contact our customer service department we're here to help!

You buying injuries for your child

This buggy is dangerous. Child when having tantrums can overturn it easily. My child flipped it upside down few times and swingers it sideways also. I’m not even talking about rest of the faults of have what other users pointed out. Only good thing about this buggy is is the steering while walking. Most comfortable thing ever made. Also bad thing is material breaks down. My child got his foot stuck behind front wheel because of the material what supports legs have split broken. And also seat is not supported by big weight or active movements as it runs agains sharp screws and breaks it making hands to be cut while reaching for snacks.

Thank you for sharing. Joovy is always here to help with any issues you may have with your stroller. Never hesitate to reach out for assistance.

Poorly designed and built

I have this stroller for 1.5 years now. I was enjoying it at first while it was new but there’s visible problems with it after longer use. Mesh where the feet rest are split open so kids feet are falling thru and touches front wheel. Also the screws have punctured seat material and need to be very careful not to cut hand when reaching something in the side pockets. Everything else what’s bad about this buggy I agree with other users. It’s definitely not designed for running. Especially when I need to run after kid while buggy is empty. Front wheel doesn’t have pressure on it and start to bounce and rotate that way that is stops stroller from smooth moving forward. The only thing I love about this stroller is the navigating while walking. It’s so easy that I can do turns barely applying pressure on handle bars even with kid in it.

Thanks for sharing. These things would be considered wear and tear after almost 2 years. No matter we are always happy to help with any issue that may come up!

Not Safe! Front Wheel Comes off

My husband had been using the stroller for months to go for runs with out son. Like other review he complained that the wheels would shake when he was going fast. Then one day the front wheel came off. The ENTIRE STROLLER flipped over! My husband went flying over the handle and basically flipped over the stroller. The stroller and my son landed face down... meaning my son's face and head took the full weight of the stroller when it tipped and skidded to a stop. As you can see from the photo he was SERIOUSLY HURT! with a fat lip road rash on his forehead and cheek and a huge bump on his head. BLOOD WAS EVERYWHERE! My husband looked at the front wheel and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the parts that hold the wheel to the stroller. There was no way we could have know and it was not like we improperly put it together. We will NEVER USE THIS STROLLER AGAIN. Its headed straight for the trash.

Greatest stroller ever!

As a very active mom I have purchased this stroller for running . And walking around my community which has no paved roads. This stroller Creates. Smooth and comfortable ride for my little one . We re absolutely thrilled with this stroller and recommend it to all of our friends . As this stroller has done nothing but bring happiness to our lives. Not only does it have a smooth ride but it has a removable cup holder and easy fold technique. Adjustable seat for laid back riding.

Bad expirence

I bought the 360 ultralight stroller several months ago. It wasn’t until recently when I went for a run that the front tire came off the stroller. It just came off. The stroller then sent both of us forward and on the tar. These photos are after us cleaning off his entire face of blood. Fortunately a driver approached us on the road and was able to give us a ride home. I’m writing this review to warn others. I never thought of having to put a helmet on a baby when they are in their stroller but clearly it is not something that is aburb to consider. I’m so lucky that he didn’t crack his head open. Please (Joovy) make a safer front wheel.

Not safe

I bought this stroller less than a year ago and while my husband was jogging with it recently the steel bent and the front wheel fell off with my 9 month old in the stroller. The stroller flipped over with my baby in it and his head and elbow scraped the ground. I am very vigilant about checking the stroller and making sure all of the screws are on right. The actually steel frame bent which is why the wheel fell off. See pictures. This stroller is not safe. This costs a lot of money for cheap steel. Also when I contacted customer service about this they said they would exchange it for a new one and still haven’t. (Not that I really want another unsafe strolller anyway)

Quality and durability is key!

I absolutely love our new Zoom 360 ultralight jogger stroller. Probably the best jogger stroller out there. The quality is amazing and you can feel the durability. This is a stroller that will last long and won't break on you! It's super easy to fold up and maneuver around. I'm petite and finding a stroller that I can lift up easily was number one on my list. It's not the lightest stroller but it's definitely worth the effort for its use. There's enough room for my little one to grow into this stroller and love how to reclines back for her to get a proper position when she sleeps. There's also enough storage room in the basket and works well for our outings.

Thank you for your feedback! We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your Zoom 360 Ultralight!

Much Better Strollers Out There

I have owned this stroller for 14 months and am an almost-daily runner.I have tried 5 other jogging strollers (my sisters and friends are runners) and would recommend any of them over this one.I also purchased the car seat adapter so I could run while my baby was younger than 6 months. The adapter didn't secure the car seat properly and every time I hit a bump the car seat would unlatch at the top and fall forward causing my baby's head to also fall forward. The breaking system might be linked and operated with one foot but honestly I've never seen a jogging stroller that wasn't. The breaking system is my biggest complaint about the actual stroller. It requires SO MUCH PRESSURE to set the break which isn't too bad on the way down. But to release the break you have to use the top of your foot as a pry-bar which causes a lot of pressure and pain on the top bone. I also use this stroller as my regular stroller and if I am ever in flip-flops or heels I have to bend down and release the break with my hand. This stroller might be easy to fold but it is difficult to open. The automatic locking mechanism is located opposite the handle so you are having to reach across the stroller as you are also trying to pull the handle bar back. I think I can quite literally say I've never successfully opened this stroller without getting tire marks on me. And don't think you will ever master opening this thing with the baby in your hands. Two of the other jogging strollers I tried had one handed opening operation. The canopy is worthless unless the sun is directly overhead. I know quite a few runners and none of them run at noon. So if you would like to go for a morning/evening jog you will have to invest in a third-party shade or drape a blanket over the canopy. The seat is also at a weird angle and can't be adjusted to be fully upright. To fully recline the stroller requires that you manually loosen two different straps which will definitely wake up the baby. Also the odd angle combined with the thin harness strap between the baby's legs means poor support. By the end of the run he is always slunched over to one side. The strap that attaches you to the stroller can be moved anywhere on the handlebar which is nice. But the velco attached to it snags your clothes and my running tights have pilling where the velcro rubs and pulls on them. The storage basket underneath the stroller has this weird strap running through the middle of it when combined with the cross bar gives you an opening of about 8 inches to shove that blanket you had draped over the canopy. Don't even think about trying to fit a purse or backpack. The stroller did come with a parent tray and pump included which is nice. Both of those items work as expected. What you are looking for in a jogging stroller is a smooth comfortable ride that doesn't interrupt your run. This stroller doesn't accomplish that.

Thank you for your review. Have you called our customer service line 877-456-5049? I know you chatted with us yesterday but I do not see that any Customer Service Ticket was created as we need some basic information please.
