When will my order ship?
If you submit your order before 11:00 a.m. PST, it will ship on the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 11 a.m. PST and Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

When will I get my order?
Our standard shipping typically arrives within 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but rest assured—we work hard to ensure your package reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
NOTE: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. Simply check your email and log into your joovy account to track your shipment’s progress. It’s as easy as that!
Do you ship internationally?
We are only able to ship within the contiguous United States at the moment.
