How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?

Shipping is free on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST ship the same day, and orders placed after that ship the next business day. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days.

Where does joovy ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

What if it isn't right for us — can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from your arrival date to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping back to joovy is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, call 877-456-5049 or email customerservice@joovy.com with your order number.

What warranty comes with this product?

Every joovy product carries a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase. If a defect appears within that period we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover misuse, failure to follow the installation and care instructions, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

Will this work with my car seat?

Compatibility depends on your stroller model and your car seat brand. Our car seat compatibility chart lists every joovy stroller alongside the adapters it works with. If you are not sure, our Consumer Care team can confirm the right adapter before you order.

Amazing Trike!

I’ve had this over 3 months and use it every time we go out for my 2 yr old. He loves being able to ride with his older brother. The push handle has great maneuverability and it’s great that they can move their handle bars without affecting the parent push handle. It folds compact and very easy to carry. It’s a great value for being able to use throughout the years as they grow. One thing I don’t see mentioned but I love! Is the safety harness. This is a great trike and makes a great gift!

OK option with some drawbacks

After doing a lot of research on stroller trike options I decided on the Tricycoo UL primarily because it's foldable and was advertised as suitable up to 5 years old. The fold/unfold took a few tries to get used to but is simple enough. I like that it has rubber tires as opposed to plastic like some other options. The parent steering is not as easy/smooth as a stroller but that's to be expected. The handle bar is just high enough for me at 5 ft 8 but it might be a little short for someone taller. My son is enjoying it so far as an alternative to the stroller.There are a few features that could be improved. My 18 month old is not quite tall enough to reach the pedals but both the removable foot rest and the folding foot rests are too short. This results in my son either bending his knees at an uncomfortable angle to keep them on the foot rest or dangling his legs and getting them caught in the pedals. This issue would be greatly improved by making the removable foot rests significantly longer (other brands have options that cover the entire pedal). The canopy is a nice feature but it would ideally be several inches taller as my son's head barely fits underneath - he's tall for his age but he's still only 18 months. It's helpful to have a storage bag but it's poor quality because the loop attaching it to the center bar frayed and tore after fewer than 10 uses. The seat does not seem entirely sturdy as my son is often tilted to one side when riding. It remains to be seen how long my son will be able to use it - hard to imagine anything close to 5 years.

Not for tall kids or children over 4

I bought this tricycle for my autistic 5 year old since he does not have motor coordination to pedal on his own. We already own a cheaper version bought off Amazon I wanted this one due to the fact it had the same dimensions was sleeker looking and was foldable. It’s looks is all it has going for it. First off the seat nor the handlebars are not adjustable and my son cannot even get his legs over to get on due to the fact the handlebars are so low. So with a lot of assistance he gets on the bike and his knees can touch the handle bars. Also trying to get it locked is very frustrating and not a one handed job.

We understand the importance of finding the right product especially for a child with specific needs. It's disappointing to learn that our tricycle did not meet your expectations in terms of functionality and usability. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Obsessed with this stroller/trike!

We love this trike for our daughter - she loves to explore and go on walks and she loves the ability to look around feel more open/free than in her traditional stroller and let’s not forget the fun of steering! I can’t wait to see her grow up in this and have it become her actual trike. This is the coolest concept for a stroller/trike I’ve ever seen and I love that it’s portable!
