How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST ship the same day, and orders placed after that ship the next business day. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days.
Where does joovy ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.
What if it isn't right for us — can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from your arrival date to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping back to joovy is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, call 877-456-5049 or email customerservice@joovy.com with your order number.
What warranty comes with this product?
Every joovy product carries a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase. If a defect appears within that period we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover misuse, failure to follow the installation and care instructions, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Will this work with my car seat?
Compatibility depends on your stroller model and your car seat brand. Our car seat compatibility chart lists every joovy stroller alongside the adapters it works with. If you are not sure, our Consumer Care team can confirm the right adapter before you order.
Should I register my product?
We recommend it. Registering at joovy.com/pages/product-registration means we can reach you directly if there is ever a safety alert or recall affecting your product.

My daughter has this and loves to put her babies to bed in it. The one rail never stays up! And she is so upset about it! Wouldn’t recommend unless they get better quality rails!
These doll products look just like the real baby version of the products and my girls love playing with them.After being Joovy customers I had to make my first call to customer service and received excellent service which made me love them all the more!

Bought the blue and pink one for my two daughters they are really into babies we also go them the infant seat .When we bought the play yard it kept falling thought they were just too rough with them but it not that as soon as you lean in aND put the baby in the side's fall down im constantly fixing them both the sides are not sturdy i thought that going with with the joovy brand that they would be sturdy but that was not through case I wouldn't recommend unless they figure out a way tof make the sides more sturdy

My daughter LOVES this! She adores the fact that she has something just like Mommy has for her baby sister. As soon as it arrived she started putting her babies in the playard even asking that we move it upstairs so that they could sleep with her in her room. From a quality standpoint you cannot do better! It's easy to set up sturdy and not at all cheap like some doll items can be. I HIGHLY recommend this item and anything that is made by joovy.

I bought this for my daughter this christmas. She loves that its just like a real playardthat moms use. We were looking around for a more sturdy playard because we had a graco one before but it just fell apart and was cheaply made but when we found this one we were so excited to buy it and test if out with our little girl. When she unwrapped the present she was super excited and wanted to open and play with it right away. When we opened it up and looked at the directions it was really confusing since there were just pictures and no words. Luckily their was a video on youtube that helped us out to figure out how to assemble it. But thats not my only complaint trying to twist the bars in place was super hard. I could do it but every time I tried doing it after like five minutes it would fall apart and it would all come undone. The only person that could do it with out it falling apart after five minutes and it actually stayed up was my husband. But the down side with that though is that my daughter could only play with it while my husband was home and he works Monday thourough Friday and dooes not get home till six o' clock. Then we have to eat dinner get her bathed and make her lunch for school the next day and after all that its like seven thirty and she only has thirty minutes to play with the playard before bed at eight which stinks and thats not really a ton of time. But overall it is a good playard for her.
