the front wheels are so bad. not sure why they don’t make a better wheel that can be taken apart to remove hair…. SO frustrating to have an expensive product that doesn’t even serve its purpose because it won’t roll !!!
We're sorry to hear about the trouble with the wheels. Please reach out to our customer service team—we'd be happy to assist!
Best walker love having the option to buy replacenent wheels when ever they don't turn any more.

I have been waiting for a long time to get replacement wheels for my walker.
The wheels on this walker are awful. Yes they come off and yes they are replaceable (if they’re ever in stock) but it does me no food to take the wheels off if I can’t clean them so they roll again. My son has ruined our wood floors because the wheels no longer roll and he’s hulk stays just dragging this thing around.

Try by removing the wheels from the frame and using a pair of tweezers or small scissors to see if you can clear the hair or debris out. Please contact our Customer Support and see if they can track down any front wheels for you!877-456-5049

This walker worked great for about a month then I noticed my son having a hard time moving in it. Upon inspection I discovered that the wheels had hair jamming them up. I called customer service and was told there is no way to open them up to be cleaned, and that they would send new wheels. The new wheels came, and here it is a month later….the wheels are not rolling. :(

Received 2 wheels and one is broken. It locks up and doesn’t spin. Very upset considering I spent $25 on this product with shipping.
Best walker , love having the option to buy replacenent wheels when ever they don't turn any more.
No issues. We lost one of the wheels. Ordered 2 front wheels, they work perfectly on wooden floor - no scratching, no issues. Would definitely buy again.

They don't turn well and they scratch the wooden floor.
They don't turn well and they scratch the wooden floor.
The front wheels are plastic and rear are rubber so they shouldn't be scratching the floor...Please call our customer service department to see how we can help with a solution (877)456-5049. Thank you!
