Frequently asked questions
How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST ship the same day, and orders placed after that ship the next business day. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days.
Where does joovy ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.
What if it isn't right for us — can I return it?
Yes. You have 30 days from your arrival date to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping back to joovy is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, call 877-456-5049 or email customerservice@joovy.com with your order number.
What warranty comes with this product?
Every joovy product carries a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase. If a defect appears within that period we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover misuse, failure to follow the installation and care instructions, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Will this work with my car seat?
Compatibility depends on your stroller model and your car seat brand. Our car seat compatibility chart lists every joovy stroller alongside the adapters it works with. If you are not sure, our Consumer Care team can confirm the right adapter before you order.
Should I register my product?
We recommend it. Registering at joovy.com/pages/product-registration means we can reach you directly if there is ever a safety alert or recall affecting your product.
Who can I talk to about this product?
Our US-based Consumer Care team is here to help. Call 1-877-456-5049 or email customerservice@joovy.com.
I bought this when I first purchased the stroller and couldn’t be happier that I did. It holds my daughters snacks and drinks perfectly !
Such a helpful accessory! Glad you are loving it.
Our family loves our Qool stroller! As our oldest grew and we needed to add the second seat he also started to want to bring his cup with him on walks. The Qool Tray was the perfect addition for our family. It was incredibly simple to install and is easy for him to use on his own. Plus there's enough room on the tray for him to add his favorite toys. Love this accessory!
We are so happy to hear he can bring his cup with him now and enjoying the Qool tray
The website does not do a good job of showing all angles of the product. I bought this thinking I could use it on the Joovy Qool stroller that was handed down to me and I cannot. The inserts on the tray differ from the stroller. I must have an older stroller. Regardless the online description is not great. Now I’m having a difficult time getting in touch with customer service to return the tray that I cannot even use.
It’s essential for my snacky kids! Easy to attach and take off.
Thanks for your review! We're so glad you're happy with it!
It's pretty and well made. I love the translucent design. Solid black could attract too much sun. So it's perfect. Easy material to wipe down and clean.
Thanks for your review!
We were gifted the hooch stroller and our 2 year old was sided to having a tray with her old one. We purchased this and it came right away. Easy to install and fits both her drink and snack cup. Old stroller didn’t fit the snack cup. Calling this a win!

These are ALWAYS on our stroller, I wish they came with it and wasn’t a separate purchase. The cup holders are great and they easily snap open to get your child in and out. Easy to clean

We LOVE this tray and never go anywhere without it! It was so easy to put on and I love that my son's Pengoo Cup fits perfectly inside it! He loves having his snack and cup right there and it's still easy to get him in and out with the tray on!
