Great Combo Piece!

I love that this product is versatile and has a near non-toxic make. It’s slightly hard to close but when it does it is nice to place up against the wall to save space in my small home. Customer service was quick to respond and super helpful when I reached out with some questions. Great option for a high chair and booster combo!

Poor customer service from manager Veronica

Absolutely not happy with the customer service I received. I needed a replacement seat cover for my Foodoo high chair. They told me they discontinued my model and the new seat would not fit. So I ordered a new Highchair. When I received it the seat looked identical. I spoke with a gentleman and he told me to try it. So I did. It is a perfect fit. He told me the seat replacement would be $26.99. I started a new conversation for a return. The manager Veronica Zenon was absolutely ridiculous to deal with. She wanted to argue with me about the seat cover not fitting. I don’t have time for this nonsense. Then I finally get my return label and am told my total would be $49.99. $15.00 for shipping. Not sure where the other $4.00 is coming from. I can create a label through pirateship for the seat cover for under $10.00. So it just infuriates me that they are overcharging so much! I thought I found a good highchair for my grandchildren. This is my 3rd one I have purchased within the last 2 years and more grandchildren are on the way. Guess I need to start researching other brands.

Don’t Waste Your Money

The foodoo is advertised to grow with your child yet the cushion won’t even last through the first stage of babyhood. This chair is not worth the price tag and customer service does not stand behind their product if you aren’t within the 2 years. Huge regret.
