How much is shipping, and when will my order arrive?

Shipping is free on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. PST ship the same day, and orders placed after that ship the next business day. Standard delivery typically arrives within 7–10 business days.

Where does joovy ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

What if it isn't right for us — can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from your arrival date to return an item. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and return shipping back to joovy is the customer's responsibility. To start a return, call 877-456-5049 or email customerservice@joovy.com with your order number.

What warranty comes with this product?

Every joovy product carries a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase, with your sales receipt as proof of purchase. If a defect appears within that period we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover misuse, failure to follow the installation and care instructions, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

Will this work with my car seat?

Compatibility depends on your stroller model and your car seat brand. Our car seat compatibility chart lists every joovy stroller alongside the adapters it works with. If you are not sure, our Consumer Care team can confirm the right adapter before you order.

Should I register my product?

We recommend it. Registering at joovy.com/pages/product-registration means we can reach you directly if there is ever a safety alert or recall affecting your product.

Very easy to wheel around just the right size.

My wife has a bad shoulder and couldn't carry her backpack she has been using this daily to get to work walking about 2 miles each way for the past 2 years. It still looks like new. She needed a new set of wheels and Joovy sent her a replacement one at no cost. That was the easiest warranty claim I ever had to make.

Doubles as so many things!

I love love my cart. It is currently being used as a recovery spot for my Frenchie girl. She had surgery on her neck and is not supposed to walk much for 6 weeks. We can sit around in the Fresh air and get some sun and she has room to lay down and enjoy. She is also sleeping in it beside our bed. It has been a life saver!!

NYC perfect helper and more

To say I love this product would be an understatement. I live in nyc and this has been an absolute necessity for grocery shopping and lugging things back and forth from the garage etc. Love it. I’ve also used it as a pet stroller and taken the nyc subway! If they made a few adjustments to this as their official pet stroller- I’d buy a dozen. Joovy pls make a few updates to this and make it the perfect pet stroller!!! 1 -width is perfect. But make it a bit longer 2- create a zipper function at the front of the basket so pets can stick their face out. And pls. Keep the removable bag as part of the pet stroller3- add soft zippable canopy to close. No need for separate hard carrier. Pls. Keep the removable bag structure. Maybe add more support at bottom of cart by adding one or two more straps that go acrossI saw your pet stroller. But the removable carrier is unnecessary and adds bulk.
