We’ve been using the Joovy Qool primarily as a double stroller for several years now and it has truly stood the test of time. It’s incredibly durable and has held up beautifully through daily use. Before settling on the Qool we tried two other very popular stroller brands—and neither came close to the quality ease of use and versatility of this one. The only thing I can think to say as a con is the price of some of the add-ons like the snack tray. However we've used a lot different add-ons (2nd seat 3rd ride-on seat snack tray infant seat attachment) and have been pleased with the versatility.Like any product used heavily over the years we ran into a couple of small issues one of which happened outside of the warranty period. But Joovy's customer service went above and beyond—fixing the issue quickly and only charging us for shipping (the one inside warranty didn't cost us a dime). The process was so smooth and helpful that I promised the amazing ladies who assisted me that I’d leave a glowing review… and then I had my baby a few days later and completely forgot. I’m so sorry for the delay—but I haven’t forgotten how grateful I was (and still am!).Joovy not only makes a fantastic stroller but they also stand by their product—something that’s incredibly rare these days. If you’re considering the Qool don’t hesitate. It’s been one of our best purchases and we recommend it to everyone we know. (I had no incentive to come back and write this review- just genuinely love it!)
