Joovy, in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission is voluntarily providing a free Repair Kit for Zoom Car Seat Adapters sold between May 2012, and August, 2013.

If not secured, the car seat adapter latches may detach from the stroller frame, posing a fall hazard to the occupant of the car seat.

Joovy is offering free Repair Kits to assure a more secure attachment of the adapter to the stroller frame.

The products involved are model numbers 00945 Zoom Car Seat Adapter Graco, 00946 Zoom Car Seat Adapter Chicco, and 00947 Zoom Car Seat Adapter Peg Perego.
